Carriage Costs

Carriage options will be displayed in your shopping cart as you order. Please be aware that the Royal Mail is the most economical but it has no tracking service. If an order is not received we have to wait 15 days before it can be investigated. We strongly advise opting for the next day options which can be traced and orders that are not delivered can be quickly and easily followed up.

Delivery Times

Orders placed by midday will be despatched the same day. The delivery time will be dependent on the carriage option you choose.

Ordering Options

Internet orders:

Ordering over the Internet is quick and easy, you will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail and this is the method we advise.

Phone orders:

You can phone your order to us, our phone number can be found on the contact us page. Please have the item codes, a description and price for all the items. Please be aware that our web site is updated continuously, items are being removed from the web site as they become unavailable. Please phone the order through as soon as you have taken the details off the web site to avoid any of your order being out of stock

E-mail:

If your order is sent by e-mail please put all the item codes, descriptions and prices. Please also advise us how you will be paying for the order. This can be by cheque, we can phone you for card details or you can pay into any Nat West bank.

Payment options

Payment is generally taken by credit card over out secure server. If you prefer to pay by cheque please enter sixteen zeros into the credit card number box and enter any start and end date and security code. This will allow you to send the order and you can add a message in the message box at the end of the order to say you will be sending a cheque. Payment can also be made into any Nat West bank.

Shortages

The member of staff that picks and packs your order will be on the paperwork you receive. If you find any goods missing or incorrect please contact us by e-mail within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

Damages

We will make every effort to package your goods to the highest standard. In the unlikely event that you receive a product damaged please e-mail an image of the damaged item with your details and the products details, and we will contact you.

Returns

We pride ourselves on accurate images and description but if you are unhappy with any product and feel it is not as described on the web site please contact us by e-mail.

Out of Stock Items

Our web site is constantly being updated with new lines. If you have ordered a line that is temporarily out of stock or has been discontinued we will contact you by e-mail or phone.

Errors & Omissions

The site is continually updated with new products and inevitably errors will occasionally occur. In the case that we have made an error we reserve the right to contact you to correct the details or cancel an order.
